Credit for the academic year 2024/2025

To successfully complete the 2024/2025 academic year, doctoral students must submit their Annual Report, along with supporting scientific achievements (publications, certificates confirming knowledge, skills, or professional qualifications, etc.), to the Doctoral School Office (COD) between August 1, 2025, and August 30, 2025.

The report template is specified in Appendix No. 2 of the Regulations of the Doctoral School of Molecular Medicine and can be found under the “Documents to download" section.

The report must be filled out in English.

Before booking an appointment via the COD Calendar, please ensure that all grades are visible in the Virtual University system. COD staff will prepare the grade report.

Additional Requirements for obtaining credit

To successfully complete the academic year, doctoral students must also participate in both the autumn and spring thematic schools.

First-Year Doctoral Students

Those who have already prepared their Individual Research Plan (IRP), agreed upon with their supervisor(s), may submit it along with the required documents.
Others must submit their IRP within 12 months of starting their studies, no later than September 30, 2025.
The IRP template is specified in Appendix No. 1 of the Regulations and must include the doctoral dissertation topic in both Polish and English.

How to Submit the Required Documents

Doctoral students must submit their documents in person at the Doctoral School Office (COD) after scheduling an appointment via the Virtual University system.

Steps to Book an Appointment in COD

  1. Log in to Virtual University.
  2. Select “Enrollment" from the menu on the left, then choose “COD Appointment (PhD Students)".
  3. In the calendar, select an available date and time (green slots indicate availability; red slots are taken).
  4. Your selected appointment date and time will appear at the bottom of the calendar.
  5. Click “Submit Request", and a confirmation message will appear at the top of the calendar.
