From Data to Evidence in Molecular Medicine

Statistics AI Genomics and Scientific Writing and Publishing

25–27 November 2026 | Warsaw

The Doctoral School of Molecular Medicine and the Institute of Computer Science, Polish Academy of Sciences, invite researchers, doctoral candidates and professionals working in molecular medicine, bioinformatics and related fields to a three-day programme of intensive lectures and hands-on workshops.

The programme covers statistical reasoning, data analysis in R, experimental design, predictive modelling, artificial intelligence, scientific writing and publishing, modern genomics, and single-cell data analysis. Participants will work with experienced researchers and practitioners, combining methodological foundations with practical exercises and real-world research examples.

On the first day, participants will be able to choose between an introductory track focused on statistical analysis in R and an advanced hackathon involving single-cell multi-omic cancer data. A laptop is required for sessions identified as practical or computer-based.

Participation fee: PLN 1,680
